Jupiter Saturn Conjunction on Winter Solstice 2020

A rare celestial event occured on winter solstice day of 2020, the 21st December. The two giant orbs came in closest alignment after about 800 yrs. 

Jupiter and its moons from top to bottom: #Callisto #Io #Ganymede (almost touching Jupiter) and #Europa below it. Two #moons of Saturn: #Rhea and #Titan
